I GOT AN AWARD!!

Okay, I promise to not let it go to my head :) The leader of my Etsy team South Eastern US Etsy team, has bestowed upon me an award of Kreativ Blogger! I am so honored! Actually I'm amazed anyone reads it at all ;) I really have a tendency to ramble and I don't live a very exciting life. But I do love my fiber, animals and just being here in it's self. My blog isn't a selling blog, I have used it as a journal many times. I often wonder if that is such a good thing, but there have been times I just need to, so I do. I also tend to be a "keep to myself" type person so sharing my activities with my cyber friends is fun for me too. I love paroosing people's blogs! I also like to get to know them. I often think maybe I shouldn't have slept thru English class at times!!
So my AWARD!

Comes with this reward a great responsibility :o

Here are the rules for receiving this award:

1. Mention the blog that gave you the award & comment on their blog when you post the award.

2. List 6 things you VALUE & 6 things you DON'T VALUE.

3. Then, pass the award onto 6 other blog buddies!

Ahhhh TC What can I say about her and her blog?

She is tireless, puts hours in on our team work.

Her blog is amazing (as is our team blog)

Did you know she has several blogs?? (told you she was tireless)

Very creative, love the Jewelery, if you want vintage she has that too, and the photo's, soooo pretty.

Thanks TC for my FIRST award and your tireless work with animals and on our team.

So on to the 6 things I value:

My relationship with God

My husband and children

My animal friends and people friends {Dee and Robin don't pay attention to the order :)}

My opportunity to work with fibers

My me time, so very important!!!

The Troops

That was easy!

What don't I value:

People that are taken with themselves

Dogs Bites!

Dog Poop (2 of mine are getting very very old)

Grand kid poop (been there, done that, don't want to again)

People with out compassion

People that mistreat animals

That wasn't as hard as I thought it would be!

Now who to pass this on to:

Congratulations, Dori Ann!
:)

As for not taking this election seriously - don't get discouraged by taking humor as a sign of light interest. I know from experience that lots of people joke when they are sad, when they are scared, etc. I made a LOT of jokes in pre-op when I was going in to get my tumor removed (I was young and pregnant at the time, and very frightened), and have heard jokes in abundance at many wakes, funerals, etc. that I've attended (of people who were very well beloved).

Making light of serious things is like whistling in the dark; it's an affirmation that life goes on.

I think the hugely increased voter turnout and registration is a pretty sure sign that people *are* taking the election seriously, whichever side of the political fence they fall on - or don't fall on, as the case may be. Hopefully that is a comfort to you, whatever the results!
:)

Take care of your knee - that looks painful!!

Sorry to hear you are having a bad day. Take care of yourself and get better soon. I definitely understand the being irritable thing!
